Presenter 6.2 "Unexpected Problem" Error
There appears to be a minor, but re-occuring bug with how Presenter 6.2 reads a Quiz Manager setting in courses originally authored in 5.1, which results in the following error message:
Testing has shown that the error message is a "false positive": you can continue working with the presentation and all your changes will be captured upon saving the file. Essentially, the error message can be disregarded by clicking "ok" when it appears and continuing on.
However, the following quick steps have proven to prevent the error message from re-appearing:
A) With the course open in PowerPoint, select "Adobe Presenter" from the top menu and then click "Quiz Manager".
B) Click the "Edit Quiz Settings" button on the "Quizzes" tab.
C) Uncheck the "Show score at end of quiz" box (We'll be re-checking it after the next step)
D) Exit the Quiz Manager by clicking "Ok". No error message should appear. Save your file.
E) Go back to the "Edit Quiz Settings" window in the Quiz Manager. Re-check the "Show score at the end of quiz" box, exit Quiz Manager, and save the file. The error message should no longer appear when changes are made to the course. These steps only need to be performed once for the course.
