While I don't have a specific model or brand to recommend, I do recommend you:
1) Choose a USB headset rather than one with the audio jack plug. You will get significantly better sound quality.
2) A headset is preferable to a stand-alone microphone. Headsets reduce ambient noise and prevent loss of quality that can occur by inadvertent movement away from the microphone.
It is always best to test different volume settings in a test slide with your Presenter course. Although there are settings within Presenter to adjust volume, ideally the optimal volume and quality can be set prior to recording.
