On the Reporting tab of the Quiz Manager, set the “Report Score to the LMS as” setting to “Score”. Also, on the Quiz Settings’ Pass or Fail Options tab, set the value to the second option (score instead of percentage) and set the passing score to zero.
What is occurring in your course is that since no points are scored by students answering correctly, Presenter calculates a quiz percentage of 0%, and thus that value is written to the LMS. By instructing Presenter to report a score value rather than a percentage, Presenter performs no calculation- it simply supplies the LMS with a value of nil (which is different than a score of zero) and this is displayed in the Progress Report’s score column as a few dashes, and as a blank field in the students’ transcript. This should eliminate the student’s confusion.
