	Entering Quiz Questions (General Instructions)

	Set up Quiz Profile Select the slide before the location where you want the quiz question to appear Go to Quiz Manager and select the quiz Click Add New Question Select Question Type Select Create Graded Question to create a question that will be graded according to your preferences. You can set actions to take place in response to users' correct or incorrect answers. (This option is not available for Rating Scale questions.) Change the Default Name of the question that will appear on the question slide to Quiz Question 1, for example Complete Question Type When Question Type has been finished, select Options tab and determine settings for Type, If Correct Answer, and If Wrong Answer. Select the slide to advance to under If Correct Answer or If Wrong Answer if you want the learner to review a slide before moving on. Keep Show Correct answer and Show error message checked for as many types as you can. Select Show Retry Message if you want the learner to answer it correctly before continuing. Click OK Click Reporting tab. Click Report answers if you want individual answers to be reported to LMS. Leave as defaults: Objective ID and Interaction ID. Click OK
