 Presenter Menu -> Preferences
  Presenters Add presenter profiles which are stored in one location and available for any presentation you create. Photos must be in JPEG or PNG format. Recommended size for presenter photo is 88x118 pixels. Logo file must be JPEG or PNG formal. Recommended logo size is 148x118 pixels. Assign a presenter to one or all slides using Slide Properties > Edit. If you have different presenters for selected slides, go to Slide Properties > Edit to assign presenter to slide using the Shift button and selecting slides.
 
  Quality Image: Select Medium for the best balance between file size and image quality. Use low when there are extreme bandwidth limitations.

Audio: Select Medium for the best balance between file size and audio quality. Use low when there are extreme bandwidth limitations.

Check the Require slides to download completely box for extreme bandwidth limitations.
 

  Audio Source Select Microphone unless using another type of device.

Select always prompt to Set Microphone Level Before Recording to calibrate the microphone.
