This option is for vendors who require quarterly support.  This service will allow full vendor access to files and templates of mutual clients, as well as the ability to request up to 5 support requests per quarter.  Support requests will be serviced from scoping to issue resolution.  We will identify your specific issue, then plan and detail resolution (including programmatic fixes).  The cost is $3,500.

Once any issues are resolved, L-D.com reserves the right to publish information pertaining to the resolution to our website.  No sensitive information about you, IP, or your clients will be used.  We simply aim to make our site as useful as possible.  Obviously, the more information we add to the site in this fashion, the more likely it is that the next issue you encounter will have a fix identified that is available free on our site.  Information wants to be free, but sometimes that's not possible the first time around...
