This option is for vendors and freelancers who require project-specific support.  This offering is provided for projects with a minimum effort of 20 hours of work, from scoping to issue resolution.  We will identify your specific issue, then plan and implement the resolution (including programmatic fixes).  The cost is $500.

Once the issue is resolved, L-D.com reserves the right to publish information pertaining to the resolution to our website.  No sensitive information about you, IP, or your clients will be used. We simply aim to make our site as useful as possible. Obviously, the more information we add to the site in this fashion, the more likely it is that the next issue you encounter will have a fix identified that is available free on our site.  Information wants to be free, but sometimes that's not possible the first time around...
